What we collect
Your name, WhatsApp number and optional email. The name of the person the song is for, and the story you share about them. Payment is handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
Why we use it
Only to write, produce and deliver your song, to provide support, and to meet legal and tax duties. We do not sell your data and we do not use your story for advertising.
Who processes it
To make the song we share the story and lyrics with these service providers, under their business terms: Anthropic (writes lyrics), ElevenLabs (generates music, using its India data region where available), Meta WhatsApp Business (delivery), our email provider, Razorpay (payments) and our hosting provider. Some of these process data outside India.
How long we keep it
The story text is deleted 30 days after delivery. Unpaid checkouts are deleted after 24 hours. The finished song, your contact details and payment records are kept for up to 8 years for tax and dispute purposes, unless you ask us to delete them sooner and the law allows it.
About the person the song is for
You confirm you know them and are comfortable sharing these details for a personal gift. Please do not share sensitive information such as health, religion, finances or anything they would not want in a song. If you are the subject of a song and want it removed, write to us.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to act for you. Write to [GRIEVANCE OFFICER NAME] at [SUPPORT EMAIL]. We reply within 7 working days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
You must be 18 or older to order. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, stored on access-controlled servers, and song links use long random addresses. Anyone with your song link can play it, so share it with care.
