This is a digital product made to order. No physical goods are shipped.
Free fix
If a name is mispronounced or a detail you gave is wrong, reply within 7 days of delivery and we fix it once for free.
Full refund
You get a full refund if we cannot make your song, if it is not delivered within 24 hours of payment, or if you cancel before we start writing it.
No refund
Once a song has been delivered as ordered, we cannot refund it for a change of mind. We will still try to fix real problems.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay and usually reach you in 5 to 7 working days.
